DIY or Call Us?

An owner can safely check the drain trap and the visible caulk joints. Remove the trap cleanout with a bucket underneath, clear any hair, and look for cracks in the plastic. Rebuilding that seal with the proper flexible membrane and re-adhering the panel is not a weekend project.
